1- Exploring new product development and line extension in existing products.
2- Conducting test protocols and procedures for product evaluation.
3- Sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting R&D data.
4- Basic knowledge of food technologies, food safety, hygienic engineering.
5- KnowR&D Officerledge of GMP & FSSC standard and compliance.
6- Product sensory.
7- Knowledge of Cl methodologies.
