Job Description
Position: B2B Sales & Services Officer
Employment Type:
This is a full-time position.
Grade
: This is a contract based position for 1 year.
Location
: Abul Hasan Isphahani Rd, Block 4 Commissioner Society, Karachi, Karachi City, Sindh
Your Impactful Goals will include:
Build a deep understanding of TP’s culture, product portfolio and customer needs to propose solutions that best meet their business needs.
Explore regional markets and their potential to identify leads to onboard Corporate / SME & MEs.
Innovate to bring out of the box approach to create value for our customers through our products and services.
Explore opportunities to enhance beyond connectivity portfolio through aggressive solution selling.
Retain and sustain accounts while providing top notch services ensuring customers are continuously delighted with TP’s service quality.
Your Typical day at work
Identifying and developing new business leads converting them into opportunities.
Achieve assigned growth targets through B2B’s product portfolios.
Manage relationships with clients focusing on high quality servicing.
Upsell to existing customers with a focus on offering them a wider range of solutions and as a one-stop solution.
Develop and provide reports with key insights on pipelines, acquisitions, and growth potential.
Collaboration with stakeholders
Follow policy & procedures for routine operational tasks.
What we are looking for?
Education
: Bachelors in Business, Marketing, Sales or Similar Discipline.
Work experience:
Fresh candidate with up to one year of professional experience.
Potential Career Path
: B2B Sales Roles, B2B Servicing Roles
Functional Skills / Knowledge Areas
Should be a team player demonstrating high energy and motivation.
Should be able to ensure quality sales along with collections.
Should be good in financial negotiation to lock the deals.
Should be a go getter to build portfolio from scratch.
